By purchasing goods from n.o.t. Specialty Coffee you enter a legally binding agreement with us on the following terms. You should read and understand these terms because they affect your rights and liabilities.

Order

The order for the sale and purchase of the Goods;

Delivery

We offer self-pick-up at our shops across Hong Kong. For deliveries outside Hong Kong, please check the delivery options in the check-out process or contact us directly.

Details of the order

The quantity, quality and description of the Goods will be those set out in your order (if accepted by us). Orders are accepted at our sole discretion but are usually accepted if the Goods are available

RETURNS/OPTIONS TO CANCEL

Goods sold are generally non-returnable as we encourage you to inspect the package while collecting the goods. However if you wish to return an item because it is faulty or in any way defective, n.o.t. Specialty Coffee will gladly replace it in return if you can send us a photo of the damage or defects to enable us to review the request.

PRICING

The prices for all products are clearly displayed on the website. If, however, an item is priced incorrectly, we will inform you of the correct price before proceeding with the order.

WARRANTIES

We aim to provide high quality products to our customers. Products are covered by the manufacturers guarantee. Although n.o.t. Specialty Coffee aims to provide our customers with high quality products and takes all reasonable steps to ensure you are pleased with your purchase, unless otherwise stated our products are covered only by the manufacturer’s guarantee.

MATTERS OUT OF OUR CONTROL

We will not be liable to you or in breach of the contract for delay or failure to perform due to a cause beyond our reasonable control.
