The forest growing environment brings out a more vibrant acidity and a lingering sweetness. We found the coffee to taste very much like oranges, with a rich, candy-like sweetness. Through different temperature stages or different roasting methods, the finish of this coffee can be very complex, with floral and Earl Grey notes.
